Achille De Tommaso is considered one of the European experts in digital technologies and the influences they have on humans. In fact, he is also a scholar of Anthropology, Biology and Behavioral Analysis.

He graduated in Electronic Physics at the University of Milan; his thesis was carried out at the Higher School of Nuclear Engineering of the Polytechnic. During this thesis he designed devices to improve the accuracy of electronic systems that assessed the damage of nuclear radiation on humans. Later, after graduating, he continued in research, working, in England, for the Solartron Electronic Group; where he developed even more the interest in the electronic detection of biological damage from, not only nuclear, but also electromagnetic and solar radiation.

For about 40 years he was at the head, as CEO or President, of important Italian and foreign telecommunications companies, which, in some cases, he created from scratch; including Cable & Wireless Europe, Infostrada, Bell Canada, City Of London Telecommunications, Eutelsat Broadband.

He was for 25 years, first vice president, and then president of ANFOV, one of the major research centers in the field of advanced telecommunications services; of which he technological, social and market aspects of telecommunications are studied.

He is a member of the "Quadrato della Radio", an association of telecommunications experts.

He was the founder of Aquarius Logica; a consulting company for the "scouting" of innovative technologies.

He was a consultant to the European Commission DG XIII and to the Soviet Academy of Sciences for the introduction of advanced telecommunication services.

De Tommaso is also a passionate painter; he exhibits his works at the “Carrousel du Louvre” in Paris; in Brussels, in Lerici, in Cremona, in Cannes, where he has received important awards.

He is a writer of scientific works and books on Science, Technology, Behavioral Analysis, Anthropology,
